HOW TO SEND YOUR IMAGE: After you place your order, email your design to support.flowstore@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line. We'll confirm receipt within 24 hours and start printing.

Turn any photo, artwork, or design into a soft printed rug made just for you. Upload your image, pick your size and material, and we print it — no minimums, no design fees.

Choosing your material: Polyester has a shorter pile with crisper, sharper printing — best for detailed designs and dark colours. Cashmere has a longer, softer, plusher pile that feels more luxurious underfoot, though dark prints may show subtle lighter flecks where the pale base fibres catch the light — a natural characteristic of the material.

How sizing works: the size you choose is the LONGEST side of the rug. The other side follows your image's proportions, so a wide photo at 60cm comes out roughly 60cm x 36cm. Square images come out square.

For the sharpest print, upload the highest-resolution version of your image you have (at least 1500 pixels on the longest side). Phone photos taken in good light work well; screenshots and small saved images may print blurry.

Made to order — please allow 2-3 weeks for printing and delivery. Because each rug is printed to your design, custom rugs can't be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

By ordering, you confirm you own the rights to the image you upload. Orders containing copyrighted material — brand logos, cartoon or game characters, or other people's artwork — will be cancelled and refunded.
